Return Policy
Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a defective or flawed item please contact our team within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. Please email, support@happyfoxclothing.com and include name, order number, description of problem with photos. If an exchange is not available, your item will be refunded to the original payment method. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. All defective or flawed items must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the provided return shipping label. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a refund. Items marked “return to sender” are not accepted or eligible for a full refund.
Once packages leave our facility we are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or packages delivered to the wrong address. We offer Route shipping insurance on every order and suggest purchasing for extra protection.
Please note: Each item is handcrafted, and by nature, has slight imperfections. Color variations, loose strings, pattern + button placement are to be expected, and not considered a flaw/defect.
There will be no returns or exchanges for changing your mind or ordering the wrong size. Please order carefully as we cannot make changes or cancellations after your order is placed.
